Navy215
If you don't like when a wrestler celebrates after winning a state title, please don't leave negative comments in this topic. Don't wanna hear it. I personally love the celebrations when these kids complete a dream of theirs. My question is, what celebrations do you love or expect to see this year? Sandefur's break-dance is celebration legend. And the wrestler doing a body dive into their coach is a classic. I'm hoping to see somebody do the Bernie on Saturday night! kjiufan
I think it's awesome to see true excitement and celebration! As long as it is done without disparaging the other kid. IMO one of the best things about this weekend!

sniderpanthers
someone needs to do a "bubba jenkins" aka throw up the ankle bands in the air and then pretend to shoot them!!
Grenadier2012
After Eppert beat Wright, it looked like he held up a three and punched it with his other hand. It seemed as if he was saying he ruined Wrights chances of three state titles. Maybe that was too elaborate to come up with on the spot , but it was cool nonetheless. AlwaysWrestling08
Here's my take on the whole celebration thing. If you win a state title, then I think you're entitled to celebrate however you wish. I personally love seeing the celebrations after the title matches. It's fun to see their facial expressions after realizing they just won a state title. It's cool to see their emotions come out all at once. WrestleMan
I think the celebrations are great as long as they don't show up their competition or go too overboard. I personally love it when they run to their coach and jump up in their arms. I see it as a big "thank you" to the coach. Kind of a "we did it" moment. jjacoby
who was the first person to do bac :'( f :'(ip after winning it First in my memory was Lance's back hand spring in 86. My first memory of a celebration of this type of celebration was Bobby Weaver in the 84 Olympics.

Navy215
Nothing wrong in thanking "The Man" who gave you the skills to achieve what you just accomplished! I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that. I actually encourage that. But Tebowing is different. Not a big fan of how the media sensationalizes everything he does, I feel sorry for the guy.
