It will be interesting to see how the brackets turn out. I think the brackets could determine some of the outcomes. Should be close between Jimtown and Memorial.

Memorial will be insanely tough to inch out. Like you said, brackets will play a big part in this one.

I think the Chargers and Jimmies will have about the same number of champions. It's gonna come down to each teams remaining wrestlers placing high and getting some big wins. Memorial put all but 2 wrestlers in the conference championship and both of those ended up in 3rd place. I think the Jimmies had 7 champs in their conference also, so it's just gonna be one heck of tight fight to the finish!

I am thinking that Memorial will send 12 -14 wrestlers to regional. Both Jimtown and Memorial will have about the same amount of champs. The tournament will come down to how the rest of each team wrestles and place. I think it will be Memorial with a win by a very narrow margin. I will make my guess's at top four for each weight once brackets are posted.

It looked like Glogouski won the NECC at 120 last weekend and Yoder won at 113.  Is Glogouski going 113 or 120?

Forrest would have had to weighed in around 116.5 if he was going to plan on 113 for sectional. With him being at such a small weight class and the ihsaa rule of only being able to lose 1.5 % of your weigh in a week, he can only drop around 1.8 lbs from last weeks weigh in for it to be legal. Hopefully he is able to go 113 because he has a good chance to make it to state at 113.

If Glogouski goes 120, I pick Flickinger at 113. But 120 I could honestly see Glogouski, Koebel, Moody-Neukom, or Puckett winning, that would be one of the tougher weights.

Top 4 moving on to regionals! (In order of course)

106 - Jay Franko, Delawrence Gayfield, Tony Vaughn, Scotty Huff

113 - Forrest Glogouski, Codey Flickinger, Brooks Higginson, Henry Zelaya

Note: Might be a TINY biased, but Brooks is good. This is his first time on varsity, but he's more than capable of moving on. He's my biggest dark horse.

120 - Jermel Moody-Neukom, Cody Koebel, Devin Puckett, Josh Bustos

126 - Nick Crume, Austin Maynard, Ryan Baxter, Nick Christofeno

132 - Trevor Echartea, Emelio Forrest, Richie Sleppy, Eric Blodgett

138 - Ronnie Bogle, Jake Kenny, Dillon Hinen, Marquis Schieber

145 - Kris Roberts, Marcus Williams, Travis Pickard, Jeff Burghduf

152 - Ryan Ntende, Johnny Tredway, Dustin Hinen, Nick Vaughn

160 - Casey Adams, Tommy Kendall, Dustin Smallwood, John Trenshaw

170 - Tanner Adams, Darren Vance, Zach Kurtz, Evan Smith

182 - Carson Volheim, Dalton Hinen, Lawrence Davis, Zach Telschow

195 - Brandon Weinkauf, Tieshawn Johnson, Zach Eldridge, AJ Carter

220 - Chase Spears, Dustin Chafin, Chris Connell, Scott Swanson

285 - Brandon Daniels, Dominique Stauffer, Will Henderson, Dan Guevara

I can't pick a team champion... I can't be over-confident but I also can't bet against my school. No matter who wins though, it will be a lot closer than a lot of people are expecting I have a feeling.

Well it looks like everyone else thinks this will be to close to make any guess. Oh well.
