The Irish are looking forward to this match up as well as I'm sure HSE, so let's make it happen and see what happens. I've heard alot of talk about this one and it should be a good one, so who willing to call the winners of the above mentioned possiable matches?

Here are my predictions by weight class. There are some great match ups!

106 - HSE dec 6-0

113 - Cath dec 6-3

120 - Cath major 6 - 7

126 - HSE major 10 - 7

132 - HSE dec 13 - 7

138 - Cath dec 13 - 10

145 - Cath dec 13 - 13

152 - HSE dec 16 - 13

160 - HSE dec 19 - 13

170 - Cath dec 19 - 16

182 - HSE dec 22 - 16

195 - HSE dec 25 - 16

220 - Cath major 25 - 20

285 - Cath dec 25 - 23

HSE wins 25 - 23. This match will come down to who wins the toss up matches (132, 145, 152, 160, 170, 285) and the team that picks up bonus points. This is going to be an unbelievable dual meet and a precursor of what we will see down the line at Team Regionals.

Coach - who is at 160 for HSE?  I respect your opinion, but Harvey will be a handful.

I just dont see Harvey loosing to Neibarger, and I do not underestimate Austin I just feel Brian has found a way to win these type of matches in the past! But that's why we wrestle the matches, so good luck to all....

A little factoid: while both wrestling for Cathedral in 2009-2010, Harvey placed 6th at 112 while Neibarger placed 8th at 152. Should be a good one.

Harvey has shatter the idea that light weight guys can't move up and compete.

He has also shatter the idea that wrestling at the lightest weight possible is the best.

I personally think that is awesome!  I can't wait until Saturday.

A few objections:

106 won't get pinned and he might not lose. 126 won't get majored, he might just win. You'll have you're hands full at 152. And, Austin wont beat Harvey. I am thinking 40-18...

All we know right now is we are all looking forward to these two teams competing. There will be a handful of highly ranked matches that should pave the way for state runs. And this is only the first time these teams and individuals will butt heads. The true test will be how each wrestler adjusts and improves before they meet again in the post season. Good luck to both teams. It will be a great dual!

Great job to both Cathedral and Greenfield Central.

Cathedral as a team is very strong.  Who have they lost to this year?

I had no idea that Greenfield was as good as they are.

170 was a big upset.  Irick was up big when he got caught in pined.
