bwoodjc89 Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 We had a 2 day clinic June 14 & 15th for our elementary to high school kids. We had Chris Lembeck from Cedar Rapids, Iowa come to work with our kids. Chris has a system that he has created that simplifies wrestling and makes it easier for coaches to teach and wrestlers to learn. That doesn?t mean that it is any less technical, in fact there is a lot of attention to detail. From defense to offense and including motivational activities this was by far the best clinic or camp I have ever been a part of. Chris was a successful high school, college and international wrestler as well as a successful high school and college coach.
