Perhaps a better comparison would be Cathedral vs Mater Dei. The best chances for victories for Perry would be at 140 with state champ Nick Walpole (would have won a 2nd except for a guy named Howe), at either 160 or 171 with Gil Journey (finished 3rd, 2nd, 2nd), then 189 with 2x champ Nathan Moore and heavyweight with either 2x champ Chico Adams or probably the stronger entry of champ and runner up Frank Hammond. We have had some high finishes like a 3rd for Jimmy Schoettle at 112, a runner up at 119 for Shaun Richardson (he was also a state champ in South Carolina), a third at 145 for Eric Aue, a runner up at 152 for Kevin Clem and a 3rd for Marcus DeBerry at 189 (he could slide up to 215). I need to do some more research to get a full line up, but it won't match up well with Cathedral's. I guess we will have to just keep building from here.
