2009 Border Wars Winter Championships - Open to any wrestler 8th grade & below.

 

No Cards required for Wrestlers or Coaches!

 

Location: Ben Davis High School Field House ~ 1200 N Girls School Road  ~  Indianapolis, Indiana 46214

 

Date: Sunday, December 20, 2009    *Limited Bleacher Seating ~ Folding Lawn Chairs Welcomed.

 

Weigh-Ins: Saturday, December 19th ~ 7:00 ? 8:30 pm    and  Sunday, December 20th ~ 7:30 - 8:30 am

Accepting all youth wrestlers 8th grade & below. (Open Tournament ~ No Qualifier required)

      * Singlet MUST be worn at weigh-ins*

 

Wrestling will begin at 10:00 am      Excellent Concessions available all day!

 

Champion will receive a 5" Custom Medal

Runner-Up will receive a 3" Custom Medal

3rd - 6th will receive bronze custom Medals

Team Awards for the Top 4 Clubs based on Individual Results -

  Club Rosters of 15 wrestlers to be turned into Head Table before wrestling begins.

  Winning Club Team will receive Free Entry for the Border Wars All-Star Xmas Duals 12/27/09

Their has been a good response from out of state wrestlers.  Border Wars always runs a great tournament and it would be nice to keep a tournament like this at home here in Indiana.  So,  lets show our support and get all our Indiana wrestlers in there for some great wrestling this weekend.
