Let's see the comments on this one! Friday night success is paramount for any coach. The goal to get to state is nice, but getting that medal around your kid's neck is what you are aiming for. Which coaches are doing the best at this? We have pulled all the data from 1992 to present day to see which coaches are the best at this.
The top percentages of current coaches include Darrick Snyder, Sean McGinley, and Brandon Lorek all with over 75% win rate on Friday night. The pride of the southside Shaun Richardson has a 72% win rate, while his neighbor to the west side Jake O'neill has a 70% win rate on Friday.
Obviously these stats are for a WHOLE coaching staff as the top coaches always surround themselves with elite assistant coaches.
Last year we saw Cathedral's Sean McGinley become the third coach to eclipse 100, yes triple digits, state placers. This year Brownsburg's Darrick Snyder is a mere 5 placers away and has nine opportunities to get this done.
