Figured I spend as much time with you guys as anyone, so its worth sharing the news of my new little wrestler.  Mom and baby doing well.

20 inch

I'll start covering the freestyle/greco rules shortly, so at least you know he'll understand them correctly when he walks out on your mat. :)

I can see it now, Brendan Bentz vs. Jacob Martin for a conference title!!! Of course Brendan has a month and 1.2lbs on Jacob. Maybe I'll hold onto that Seymour Finals Singlet until then...

Yeah its the first.  Though after this one the wife may not want many more.  

Our head coach put some hours in this weekend on the website.  Obviously he still has some things to do like get a banner thats has out stuff on it, but its a nice start.

Yo Matt.  Have you brought lil' Jake home yet? 

I remember three years ago with my first, I couldn't believe the hospital was actually sending us home with the little guy.  What a surreal experience.

Home this afternoon actually.  Though I did enjoy the nurses watching the little one at night, I guess we'll have to manage on our own now.

AC Computers quote of "One reminder I like is that to the world your are just one man, but to this little man you are the world." is the honest to goodness truth and It made me stop and think about how fast time passes by.

We all need reminders like that and I don't care how old you are.
