From the looks of the new state ranking southern indiana for the most part is getting no love.  I turned in info for my kids that were ranked preseason based on last year.  But not sure if anyone else is doing it.

What percentage of coaches turn in rankings?  There is a school of thought out there that some coaches follow.  They don't want their kids ranked so that they can either sneak up on people or keep pressure off their own wrestler.  Does anyone have data on number of ballets turned in?

Seems the Evansville SS is being over looked again.

But hey...it's early yet and after what I have seen in the last couple of weeks in the area, it won't be long before the rest of the state starts figuring out whats going on...  LOL

Sorry to have to ask, but is Hall at 103 or 112 this year?  I missed him at Castle last weekend as Harrison was in Pool II and Castle was in Pool I and they never met.

  Just asking...Hall is a quality wrestler who I know is able to hang with just about anyone!

That's why I asked question...I thought Hall wrestled at 112 at Castle on Saturday but wasn't really paying that close of attention.

Didn't really pay attention to the Pool II matches to be honest.

Nut wrestled 103 but a couple matches at 112 he is at 103 again this year!! I think when they had Indian
creek that Raley was at 119 just for that match but not sure

K i give it to Dylan at 103, but Duckworth honestly who is that! i saw him wrestle tonight and he barley beat the central kid so lets just leave him out of the equation!

In order to have a young man considered, I think those who do the rankings need background info on the kids.  A young man like Hall is a known quantity.  Duckworth is - as of this moment - an unknown quantity. 

Providing as much detail to the rankings folks as possible wold go a long way in making his case.  I am sure they would appreciate as much info as possible on the past and present perfomance of Mr Duckworth (or any other wrestler) to be considered.

In short, you have to Help Them Understand...

i agree southern indiana is not gettin a lot of respect.  been out for a couple years so i dunno how strong southern indiana is compared to previous years but i definitely noticed not a lot from there are ranked other than some obvious ones
