This is open to all wrestlers and quickly becoming quite a tough tournament.

The list of celebrities in attendance this year is already at astronomical proportions.  The maroon carpet will definitely be rolled out for this event.  Celebrities include, but are not limited to the Former Rankings Guy, the NEW Rankings Guy, myself, Tom Clark, Chuck Barnett, The General and even Karl Hungus is rumored to be making an appearance.  We might even have one of the main characters of Swamp People making an appearance, but he has not confirmed nor denied his presence at this time.

You definitely will want to bring your autograph book for this event!

This is listed for the 9th, so this will be held on a Sunday? IS this open to all School wrestlers or just the ones with USA wrestling cards. I have about 3-4 interested so far in making the trip up there.

No card is needed for this event.  Yes September 9th is a Sunday and it is open to all wrestlers.  Last year I think we had something like 7 states represented at this tournament.

    Saturday September 8 from 6:00-9pm
    *Note: If you do not make your registered weight class you will be subject to a $10 weight change fee. You may change your weight class until September 7, 2012 at 11:59pm on TrackWrestling or by emailing Joe Caprino at joe@garrettwrestling.com
    Sunday September 9th from 7:30-8am with prior registration and notification
    *Note: You MUST preregister and will NOT be able to change weight classes if you weigh-in on Sunday morning. If you are going to weigh-in on Sunday please contact Joe Caprino at joe@garrettwrestling.com to notify him of your intentions by September 7, 2012. If you do not do this you will NOT be allowed to participate.
