Man, I wish there was this technology when I was a kid.  I had a great guy for a coach but he new very little about the finer techniques of the sport.  There is so much out there for kids who want to study the sport these days.  Little instructional clips like this would have made me a much better grappler.  I loved the sport enough that I would have spent hours watching these to refine my skills.
