Chalfant loses a heart breaker against 4th seed Zach Rey from Lehigh 6-4 in OT

He will face Marsden from OK state in Consolation

The guys at Flo said Rey's takedown in OT was questionable.  Anyone see it?

I did and it was indeed questionable. The scramble ended with rey on his back squirming for a while. Chalfant was on him almost in a peterson type position. It ended when Rey got his back but the problem was that Rey was on his own back with Chalfant stretching out looking for a defensive type of fall(even though no one was in control). Tough call that I could not have made.

Honestly, it's a bit of a downer of a year for fans of ex-Indiana high schoolers and in-state universities.  No one of either of those categories made the quarterfinals.  Obviously, there are a couple still alive with very legitimate AA chances, but it's a bit of a disappointing year overall.
