How many people serve on multiple committees? Having an elected or appointed person responsible for just one task will make that task easier to accomplish for that person. Look at how many officers the football coaches association has.  Someone would be more inclined to help with one task and not five.

Those committees are listed on the unite mag put out.  Well I volunteered for one committee then after no other coaches wanted to volunteer after awhile I stepped up for the rest of our coaches to fill in what openings we had.
