A record for best overall record?
« on: February 23, 2012, 08:42:39 AM »
I have not checked, but this year could be a record for best combined record for the state champions. 12 of the 14 were undefeated, with the other 2 having 1 loss (McKinley to Malloy) and 2 losses (Kral to Gallegos and Robinson). Very impressive season for our champions.  The overall record was 652-3 which is a 99.54% winning percentage. WOW!

I could only find complete results up to 79'-80' season but the closest any state finals comes to this year is 82'-83' with a combined 432-4.  Most years had at least 1 state champ with 3 or more losses let alone the entire class of state champs.  Hats off to this years field!

There's only one place you could find all that information, unless you kept it personally year-by-year
