TRIP OBJECTIVE
This trip is being offered as an opportunity for Indiana Cadet and Junior age division
wrestlers to experience more competition at the national level.
This trip is on a FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE BASIS. A wrestler need only participate
in the ISWA Folkstyle State Finals on March 17-18, 2012 at Warren Central High School
in Indianapolis, Indiana. By participating in this event (and submitting the attached
paperwork and trip fee), you are qualified to be on this trip.
DATES & TRANSPORTATION
Bus will depart Indianapolis at on Thursday, March 29th. (Time and Location TBA) The
team will arrive back in Indianapolis late on Saturday, March 31st.
Wrestlers will be supervised at all times by our Team Indiana coaching staff.
COST - $300.00
Cost includes: Entry Fee, T-shirt, Shorts, Singlet, Transportation and Lodging
The cost of food is not included in the price of the trip.
WRESTLERS
There will be approximately 32 wrestlers accepted for this trip.
To secure a spot fill out the acceptance form, attached to this flyer, and send to the Team
Leader. Cadet & Junior entries for this event will be capped at 1300 wrestlers so sign up
early to guarantee your spot on this trip.
USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight classes, even at weigh-ins
TEAM MEETING
A Team Meeting will be held at Folkstyle State. All who register will be notified of the
exact time and location of the meeting.

1. Fill out the attached paperwork.
2. Send it along with a $300.00 trip fee to: Alonzo Shepherd, Team Leader

Deadline to apply is March 18, 2012. However, since the tournament will be
capped at 1300 wrestlers the earlier you early registraif the tournament
3. The $35.00 cost of the entry fee is included in the price of the trip. Upon receipt of
your application, the Team Leader will register you for the event on
trackwrestling.
4. Athletes MUST present proof of current USA Wrestling Membership Card
(actual card or photo copy) at registration and weigh-ins.

North on Emerson Avenue to 1st stop light – Elmwood Avenue
East on Elmwood Avenue to Churchman Avenue – Elmwood winds around the interstate approximately two "S" curves. Look for Churchman Avenue 
on the left side of the street.   Left on Churchman Avenue to 5715, Left into blacktop driveway and proceed to the second group of tan buildings on the right (the ones with the green roofs). The ISWA is the 2nd office (Suite L). Our name is on the door.
