Make a copy of this and take it to your nexe Dual Meet , Invitational or Multi-Dual Tournament.  Pass it around.   We try to make it available to everyone.

Seymour's 220 Tyler Loud recorded an  12 sec pin today during the HHC duals against Jeffersonville.

Sorry for the delay in updating.  It seems the Mat Burns guy had Knee Replacement Surgery on his right knee.  It will slow him down for a little while , but hopefully he will be at the State Meet.  See you on the Mat at Conseco.
