We keep working on building a strong women's program at one location.  The issue is that the women wrestling are spread out all over the state.  I'll be working on getting MS and HS coaches more interested in women's wrestling this year.

As of now, the best avenue is to find a club or MS/HS program that is very accepting of women's wrestling.  Some examples from all of the state include:  Hoosier Elite, East Central, Penn, Jeffersonville, Yorktown, Connersville, and Southmont.  There are many women's tourneys and camps from January-July to attend in the area.  Get the word out and any girl / young lady that wants to wrestle, I can find them a place that is open for them in their area.

Thanks!!   Darren Strub, ISWA Women's Director
