Help: Trying to improve wrestling clubs takedown setups.
« on: July 27, 2010, 11:25:38 PM »
I've heard from several good coaches that key to neutral is less about the takedown itself and more about the position and proper setups.  This is something I strongly agree with but do not have a great background in.  Most information and DVDs I have come across almost completely focus on the takedown itself which is not helping much.  I would like to find some information or a DVD that will explain multiple setup and then how to transition from each several different takedowns.
