Can anyone tell me some information on it? like do you have to participate in both events. how is the schedule set up? is it 2 days and 2 days or what? All information is appreciated.

It used to be, and probably still is, the top three state place winners in Freestyle and Greco are invited to participate (in their placed style).  If any #1-3 does not wish to participate it falls to the next person in line. 

If things have changed I would love to know!

It has changed somewhat. Placement of Indiana wrestlers at Regionals and FILA are also being considered.

Top 3 Finishers at any JR. Regional Championship

CADET NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 
July 13-21 Fargo ND    1-Style  $550  - Both Styles $700
Qualification: Top 3 Place Finishers at State Finals     
Top 3 Place Finishers at any Kids/Cadet Regional     
Top 3 Place Finishers at the FILA Cadet Nationals
