Jeffersonville RTC Schedule

Clinician List TBA - just want to get dates down.
We have had EVERY area college in Indiana, plus many NON area colleges - have had in multiple Olympic Medalists, NCAA Champs,  etc...
Always a great time - normally 30+ area kids.  High of 90  / low 30 depending on dates
 
We are 1 mile north of Louisville KY in Indiana.
ALL DATES WRITTEN ARE THURSDAYS - BUT WE MAY ADD IF CLINICIANS NEED
 
Dates would be:
March 1- 5:15-6:45 - KENTUCKY WESLYAN - Brand new D2 wrestling school in KY! Chris Freije
March 8-  5:15-6:45
-------folkstyle state weekend
March 15-  5:15-6:45
 
off for spring break 
 
FREE/GRECO  - will follow National team curriculum as well as clinicians technique/live plan for the day
March 29 - 4:30 - 6
April 5 - 4:30 - 6

Also we will be having Angelo Crinzi from Lindenwood-Belleville University in on the 3/15/2018, 5:15 to 6:45. Lindenwood-Belleville is a NAIA school located just outside St. Louis in Illinois, about a 3.5 hour drive from Jeffersonville. LU-B had a women's national champ this year in Niauni Hill and their men's program is on the rise. More information about LU-B can be found here

Coach Freije was awesome!! A great teaching session with over 40 kids! Would love to see more kids from neighboring schools take advantage of this great opportunity... 

 

Next Thursday is Coach Ryan Quinn from Ancilla College 5:15-6:45 PM. Jeffersonville has two alumni wrestling for Coach Quinn at Ancilla, which is a junior college in North Indiana. More information on Ancilla College can be found here.

Great practice tonight!!!!!  Coach Quinn runs a great room and is highly motivated!!!

30+ kids, and even a Josh McCorkle from Bellermine U in the room wrestling.  Every grade level and weight represented from 6th grade to 12th grade

Next Thursday with Lindenwood Belleville

THURSDAY   - come to our last RTC before spring break!

Angelo Crinzi, Lindenwood Belleville - 5:15-6:45

Coach Crinzi enters his second season as the Head Coach of the men’s and women’s wrestling programs at Lindenwood – Belleville.

Crinzi started as a graduate assistant for two seasons at Lindenwood – Belleville. Crinzi coached one All – American men’s wrestler and a women’s wrestler that took fifth at the U.S. Open and qualified for the World Team Trials.

Crinzi attended Grand View University, where he was a two time national qualifier. He also helped the team to three NAIA National Championships and three National Dual Championships. Crinzi graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in History.

Crinzi is a native of Tucson, Ariz. and a graduate of Sunnyside High School. While attending Sunnyside, Crinzi placed third at the state champions as a senior and helped the team win a state championship. He was also an Arizona freestyle and Greco wrestling state champion as an individual and a member of a team state dual championship.

In high school Crinzi volunteered his time as an assistant wrestling coach for the several kids clubs including TUF wrestling academy out of Tucson, Ariz. and the wildcats kids club out of El Paso, Texas.

48 wrestlers from Jeffersonville, DuPont manual (KY), Louisville Central (KY), River Valley, Parkview and Homeschool all taking advantage of getting better together with Coach Angelo Crinzi of Lindewood-Belleville at the Jeff RTC - we will resume RTC after Spring Break 3/29 with Ryan Kirst of Ashland University Ohio.

spring break had an "impromptu" RTC and still pulled in 19 area guys on a random day!

had 47 wrestlers in attendance of all ages last week in grades 6-12, a few state qualifiers, semi-state qualifiers, etc.... good partners for everyone!

Thursday - 4:30 to 6

LINDSEY WILSON COLLEGE - 5th in the nation this year with a national champ, year in and year out a top ten finisher

come on in! Normally about 40+ in the room, a handful of semi-state and state qualifiers, good age range from 6-12 grade and weights of all weights to give you a practice partner.

34 here for a group of 4 from Lindsey Wilson college- not a bad number as the number turns better, but we wanna keep it up as we close in m state!

 

next week we have in bellermine university’s head coach Spencer Adams as we close in before our  ,state week clinic for everyone

This thursday - Spencer Adams of Bellermine Univerisity will be at practice from 4:30 to 6

Bellermine just had 6 academic all-americans (one being Jeff High's Josh McCorkle), and just signed a good freshman class including Jeff High's Josh Craig

Coach Adams was a 3x NAIA All-American in college and is Bellermine University's first coach in school history.
