Compared to Detroit Catholic Central's 11 advancing (5 semifinalists and 6 in consolation), Lowell, MI's 10 advancing (3 semifinalists and 7 in consolation), Brecksville's 9 advancing (4 semifinalists and 5 in consolation), and Avon's 10 advancing (1 semifinalist and 9 in consolation). throw45 Posted December 30, 2017 Share Posted December 30, 2017 Day 1 take on Brecksville: wrestling is wrestling...some weights are incredibly deep...overall I would imagine that top IN teams could fare well here year in and year out. Just seeing teams from good OH conferences is worth the investment. The weigh out was interesting but it makes sense. PS: hotbeds of wrestling do not = hotbeds of officiating...I would gladly take the IN Team State officials over what I've seen at Brecksville.
