8 wrestlers ranked in the top 10 nationally.

10 in the top 15.

Pretty talent rich weight class which includes Indiana's Nick Lee as a one of the pre-tournament favorites. Most weight classes have some studs, but this one is going to be a series of wars from the round of 16 on.

Also at 138 from Indiana Brenden Black, Noah Morrison, and Kain Rust will be hoping to make some noise.

Nick Lee has a potential quarter-final matchup with Carter Happel who defeated him at UWW Cadets after his freshman year. The winner of that gets Mitch Mckee in the semi-finals. However McKee has to go through Jamie Hernandez of Illinois. He defeated Brayton Lee at UWW Cadets this spring, but was defeated by Nick Lee in Fargo two years ago.

Stopped in for an hour or so to check out some action on Flo and Track.  Brendan Black up next facing Jaime Hernandez in the 2nd round.  Black won by fall in round 1, Hernandez had a bye.  Watching Mason Miranda at 132 wrestle now.

Kain Rust facing familiar name Rudy Yates in round 2.  Black will be followed by Nick Lee vs. KS 145 State Champ Mason Wallace on Mat 3.

Joe Lee just teched McKee. I looked over at Cosgrove after the tech and his jaw was on the floor. Very impressive.

That was Nick Lee, not Joe.  Joe was injured in the quarterfinal in defaulted out of the tournament.
