Coach McCormick Posted September 5, 2015 Share Posted September 5, 2015 (edited) If you are interested in wrestling in a duals format event in mid-October, the YWC needs to fill 113, 182,195 and 220 (+ 3 lb allowance).The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 11 in York, PA. Weigh-ins will take place the night before (with a 3 lb allowance).Teams will wrestle 5 duals at the event. Coach McCormick Posted September 16, 2015 Author Share Posted September 16, 2015 (edited) TEAM MIDWEST needs to fill 195 and 220 to round out a very competitive team for the Columbus Day Duals in York, PA (Oct. 11). 5 duals against very good competition. We will get to lock horns will 5 east coast teams. Transportation will be provided and the trip fee is $80. The team currently has 3 state placers (2nd, 4th/6th and a 5th), 1 state qualifier, several semi-state qualifiers and 2 freshmen down low who were high placers at MS state this past spring. This is a 2 day trip. Drive out Oct. 10 and weigh-in that evening; wrestle 5 duals on Sunday, Oct. 11; head back to Indiana after the event is over. Fairly quick trip. Could use this event to tune-up for Michigan GFC, Preseason Nationals and/or Super 32.
