This workout is definitely a character builder! Monday and Wednesday 7-9pm at Portage High School Wrestling room. High School, Middle School and Elementary Wrestlers working hard and getting better. urawrestler Posted June 23, 2010 Share Posted June 23, 2010 2 hours for practice goes by so quick, wrestlers from the area, are steadily improving technique, strength and conditioning, + their mental game. tues night we also hit the dunes what a workout. the two coaches you see in the video have come up with different routines for every practice.
