The winningest era in Princeton Community wrestling ended Monday night. The North Gibson School Corp. Board of Trustees accepted the coaching resignation of Jim Maglis, who proved an exception to Thomas Wolfe?s adage that you can?t go home again. A three-time Big Eight Conference champion and three-time sectional champ as a Princeton wrestler in the Class of 1990, the now 37-year-old Maglis coached his alma mater to 121 wins around 28 losses, plus two Big Eight team titles the past eight years. His 121 wins eclipse the record set in 1989 by Dennis Goldbach, coach of the just resigned head coach.
