fire77
That is a lot of multi sport wrestlers. MattM
That is a lot of multi sport wrestlers. I wonder if any of them only wrestle high school season or do most wrestle free style and or greco? That would be interesting to find out. Most every year the ISWA comes out with a list in their publication showing how many state qualifiers and placers also wrestled in the USA Wrestling season. In most years all but a handful of these wrestlers compete in both seasons.
LittleGiant91
Dylan McBride #17 HWT - Crawfordsville H.S. State Qualifier and Semi State Champ - 2 way starter in football: O-Line / D-Line; played baseball last 3 years. Not sure if he'll play this year or not. Pretty talented big man! Y2CJ41
Why aren't there many below 145?
duck_and_run
I would say for both big and small schools in general smaller kids do not play as many sports. So it all kinda evens out. Still with just the people on here we have 25% of the ranked wrestlers play 2 or more sports. Thats a big percentage to be an anomoly wouldn't you say? MatChick76
Dommer from New Haven, also state winner track and conference football. Not only did he play B-ball but he was the starting center, and never missed a match or game that year. Wow...that's impressive...and EXTREMELY hard to do with all the B-ball/Wrestling overlap.
