boiler10 Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 I always find it humorous when people say a wrestler wins because he "plays the edge of the mat". That might just be smart wrestling. I think it is actually very poor wrestling to not defend yourself properly or wrestle sloppy when you are on the edge of the mat. MD continues to wrestle and often gets takedowns becasue their opponents let up. If you don't want to be on the edge of the mat there is a very simple solution....move back to the center. I'm sure if the MD wrestler refuses or "pulls" you to the edge the referee will call stalling. Henderson doesn't impress you.
