I think Quiroz at 160 is going to come threw and win some big matches to get to the finals.

ppl were saying that about Vlahos that he was strong and shoots alot so would give McMurray a match and white was strong to but Sean beat both of them with no real problem. The finals score was 7-0 not even close. Sean will get to the finals on that side of bracket. I am hoping for a Quiroz/McMurray rematch and i hope we will get it. Good luck to all wrestlers

I was at merryville, it was 9 dollars to get it in . I didnt think it was as packed as last year, there was room on top on one side of gym. And alittle room on other side.This was to the finals, the other rounds were more filled. Concession stand was ok and alittle pricey for water and gatorade ($2). They dont sell candy for the kids which i think is crazy. But did see some great wrestling though. But over all it should be in a bigger gym. The ISHAA should start listening to us fans and keep the politics out of it. Maybe that is why people didnt go to finals thinking it was going to be crowded.

I agree, that is horrible how the Times doesnt cover wrestling. After a tourny I go straight to the sports section to look, and mostly all the time find nothing. I guess (butler remains perfect in league play) is more important than our local wrestling. Nothing against Butler, but C'Mon Man we want to read about wrestling also.
