First, I would like to wish all wrestlers competing in the high school state finals this weekend good luck. I will be including our flyer that has info about our high school groups and elementary/middle school groups. The high school groups will start back up on Sunday, March 6. The CIA Delta workouts are starting back up. The workouts will start on Thursday, March 5. The first group, elem - 7th grade, will practice from 5:30-6:45 on Thursdays. The second group, 8th grade - high school, will practice from 6:45-8:15 on Thursdays. The fee is $50 per month for each wrestler. Practices will be held at Delta Wrestling Club. The address is 2101 E. St. Rd. 28 Muncie, In 47303. Each wrestler must have a current USA Wrestling card. On the website, ciawrestling.com, there is an info sheet. I would like each wrestling to fill the sheet out and bring it with them. The calendar is up to date. I will have the Delta Group information added to the website as well. First I would like to wish all the high school wrestlers good luck at semi state this weekend. I would also like to wish the middle school wrestlers good luck at middle school state on Sunday. Our high school groups are starting on Sunday, March 1. We will have two high school groups. Our orange group (145lbs and up) will workout Sundays and Mondays from 5:00-6:30. The red group (under 145lbs) will workout Sundays and Mondays from 6:45-8:15. The high school groups are for grades 8-12. The blue group (elem - 7th) will workout Sundays from 3:15-4:45 and Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00. The link below is to the flyer with information regarding the groups, days, times, and fees. Coach Brady Eppert will be conducting his CIA wrestling practices in our club building located on State Road 28 a half mile west of Delta High School. The address is 2101 East St. Road 28 Muncie, IN 47303. This workout is open to the public. This location provides an opportunity for the wrestlers near the Fort Wayne region. - Practices will start Thursday, March 6th with 2 sessions being held, Elementary/Middle School (K-7) from 5:30-6:45 and High School Groups (8th-12th) from 6:45-8:15. The camp with Sara McMann we were having on June 1 and 2 is cancelled/postponed. I apologize for the inconvenience. I hope to reschedule the camp in the near future. Again I apologize for this. I really want to have Sara in for a camp this summer. She has a ton to offer. I still believe Sara could help our state prepare for nationals this year. The new freestyle rules are very similar to the rules they were using when Sara last competed. If we can reschedule this camp I will let everyone know!!!

This camp is for all wrestlers. Boys and girls are welcome. Our goal is to bring clinicians in who can help all wrestlers compete at the national level. Sara has wrestled at the highest level and can help our state tremendously!!! The camp is coming up soon. If you could email me to let me know you want to attend I would appreciate it. Olympic Silver Medalist and UFC Fighter is coming to Lawrence North on June 1st and 2nd to run a Freestyle camp. This is a great opportunity to learn from someone who has competed at the highest levels. This is before all of the duals tournaments. This will be an awesome camp. Sara is flying in from South Carolina to help our wrestlers. This camp is open to all wrestlers. You can contact me, Brady Eppert for more information.
