  3. Just found it---search NFHS in your mailbox
  4. Has anybody received this yet?
  5. So here's another example I was looking for--It sounds like Easton "Managed" his weight rather than focussed a ton on cutting.
  6. I am curious of your opinions on this topic. Obviously, somebody mentioned that Hockaday didn't "cut weight," but do you feel its necessary to cut weight weight? I'm in a coach's group message and we have awesome debates all the time. In my opinion there's a difference between cutting weight and managing weight. For example, our champ, Chase Leech, weighed 182-184 pre season, and practiced a couple of days and was under 175. When we arrived back to the hotel after the finals, Chase was 4 pounds under weight. I would say Chase managed a weight and did not cut weight. *This decision to go 175 was based on focussing on getting better at wrestling and not fighting the scale. All of that being said, I don't think it's as possible to do what Chase did at the lighter weight classes. (Hockaday would be the exception, and possibly Hockaday "managed" his weight as well.). In many cases I think it can give a kid a mental edge if they have to do work to make a weight class... Thoughts?

  8. So your children go to Hanover Central and Crown Point? Or they go to Hanover Central and you're just a big time RedDawg fan?
  9. And all I mean is this argument would be like saying, "Indiana's 2a champ would beat Missouri's 2a champ!" Sure, maybe, I don't know. Would they? It's all speculation.
  10. What a silly argument-no direction to you...just in general...and I'm only quoting you because you posted last. I'm not picking on you. I think Delta wins at least 6 matches, but that's all I can say. It's so silly that a school that south who really doesn't pay attention to Delta...and a school like Delta doesn't pay attention to EMD, we decide to formulate a "what if" prediction on...unless they're paying attention to each other for certain weight classes...we can't predict remotely accurately what would happen unless we know the "weak classes" per team...everybody knows the studs and can guess there, but winning the dual meet comes down to whose "weakest links" are stronger.
  11. And they literally won it in 2021…why drop ?
