He was fun to watch and I loved his semi-final celebration. Taking off the headgear and chucking it from 15 feet away into your coach's nuts is the stuff legends are made of.
Funniest thing I have seen in a long time
That was Jared Dunn from Princeton. Don't forget he pulled magic out of a hat the very next round with another headlock when he was down 11-0 to punch his ticket.
Check your score. You have it 12:23 after the 157 match and then have Delta winning at 165 but the score still shows 12:23. If you add in that decision you would actually have Delta winning the dual 28:26
Thank you to the committee for giving the Bombers a shot this year. Making our 4th trip to the show but this is our first as a vote-in team.
Congrats to Faith Christian on your invitation. You are going to love it.

According to this they have not been past regional since at least 1994

Correction, they had a regional title back in 1988 but looks like no trips to State.
One of favorites that you don't have listed was the championship match in 98 between Josh Birge of Frankfort and John Labo of Vincennes Lincoln. Birge won 15-12 and it was non stop fireworks between the two.
I was impressed with him last year. Kid is as tough as they come. Busted up knee coming into semi state last year and then won his ticket round match with a bad ankle injury suffered late in the match. Continued to wrestle the rest of the day as well with neither leg working like it should. He would have placed if he was healthy in my opinion.
I don't know exactly what kids you are talking about, but I know they extended the number of qualifiers from top 12 to top 16. We had two kids qualify because of that extension. Does that cover your question?
