Will there be wrestle backs at the girls semi states?

Prior to the start of the season it was stated that there would be wrestle backs, but the brackets do not appear to have them. 

Why stop at 12?  Let's go with 64!

Also........let's please keep the class hot dog and hot dog wrestle back discussion at a minimum in this thread.  I do not care about the best 4A or 3A hot dogs.........I just want to know which hot dog is the best.
