    Depends on the guys doing the rankings I'm a little more tech savvy and able to produce my show relatively easy gives me a chance to give you guys a peek at what we do with this stuff.

This gives me a chance to pull data and get it in a way to easily browse and search. This is gonna be informal and just me going through results and info, listening to music, and intertacting with chat(If i can figure out how to get it up and running). Hope this will help be a little transparent about what actually goes in to this process! Thanks!

    Its a tough line to balance. The goal should be to convince them that its good for them and they can be apart of something special. It can be hard if you're at a small school and team successes are few and far between. I know we use the goals of the Team State Duals to keep kids out. It could be a difficult thing for some schools but try and find an attainable goal for the team and make them feel like an integral part to that plan. These are things we have done in this situation and have had some success in keeping kids out. That being said we have also gone the other way done everything we could and they just don't react at some point you have to be able to realize you did all you could and its not worth you're time to pursue it any more.

    I believe he would have to make 106 scratch once before sectionals would def be a big change in the dual we have with em coming up in a few weeks

    Something I am throwing around in my head....would people be interested of watching a live stream of me going through the rankings. Id make a chat available and talk through my reasoning. If not I won't waste my time but could be a good view in to what we go through in this process.
