A1 is the champ for the regional vs. the 4th's in the first round

A1 vs. the 2nd's and 3rds are the bottom two charts and they would obviously hit in the quarters.

No offense taken.  I agree about the changes.  It probably happened immediately after some meetings were finished.

They might be on Wednesday's so that those who are reviewing weight management and ensuring wrestlers are entered at correct weights have time to review entries from the Conference Tournaments and to made contacts with schools to fix any discrepancies.  Just a thought.

As with any SS, Rochester had some tough ticket round matchups.  155 was a solid weight with a state medalist not returning.  I wasn't in person but coach said it felt like the boys SS in the ticket round.  Great for the sport.  

We appreciate everything WZBD has done to broadcast our events and to support girls wrestling.  

I believe the area has coaches who are involved in their programs from Elementary through High School.  This builds a culture and kids by into the system.

I believe our sectional will work things out like they usually do.  Our coaches understand the purpose of the meeting.

Why no additional 1lb on Saturday?  Rules state that for consecutive days of competition that an additional 1lb is given up to 2lbs.

Agree Thor, the JC sectional has some 4’s that will make things interesting.

I always enjoyed the matches when our wrestlers earned their way onto the podium.  As a spectator that Clark vs Samuels match was a blast.
