  1. I just want to let everyone know that we still have spots available at the following weights for Juniors freestyle and/or Greco. We want the best team to represent Indiana out in Fargo. Lets fill these weights. Coaches spread the word if you can. 106 113 145 152 160 170 182 195 220 HWY Contact me ASAP if you are interested. Those who I have already contacted please submit your deposits! Camden Eppert Cell: 765-749-9144 Email: eppertc@wabash.edu or ceppert125@gmail.com
  2. We have a good amount of commits going to Fargo this summer for Freestyle but we are lacking numbers for Greco. If you would like to wrestle Greco out at Fargo let me know. Coaches let me know if you have any kids that would be up for wrestling Greco and even Freestyle this summer. I still have some spots available for Freestyle but they are going fast. Reminder to all those who plan on going to Fargo you need to get those deposits in ASAP. Thanks, Camden Eppert Cell: 765-749-9144 Email: eppertc@wabash.edu
  3. Folkstyle will never change, we will always have this style in the U.S. However, the Olympic wrestling committee is going to the NCAA committee in order to suggest a few rule changes related to Freestyle such as the push-out rule and taking out ride time in order to make wrestlers stay on their feet and create action. Ultimately Olympic coaches and most college coaches in my opinion believe that wrestling Folkstyle all year is "about as useless as a poopy flavored lollipop" -Patches O'Houlihan. Don't settle for taking your athletes to all these Folkstyle national tournaments after Flo Nationals, Folkstyle Nationals, and Senior Nationals end. In other words tournaments like Disney Duals, VA beach Duals, and Jazz town Duals are not helping our case in creating better international wrestlers. Indiana loves to go to these Folkstyle tournaments but IN is way behind IL, OH, and WI. If you look at the IN studs they all go to Fargo, JR or Cadet Duals, and Fila Cadet Nationals. Have your athletes attend camps, RTC's, and go win some freestyle & Greco national tournaments.
  4. Those of you that would like to petition in for a spot be sure to contact me asap via email or phone. -Camden Eppert
  5. Hi everyone I am this years IN team leader for the junior division going out to Fargo for the ASICS/Vaughan Cadet & Junior Nationals. I have called most of the juniors who qualified through the state tournament or central regionals in order to gain a head count of what spots we need or have filled thus far. I want to really emphasize the importance of this National tournament. If you want to win a national title this is the one you want to win. I want to fill this team and make sure we bring a team that is going to come back with a bus full of stop signs. It is crunch time where I need to see who is committed and see those deposits coming through. I will continue to call these Juniors the rest of this week. IMPORTANT: We will also be having a camp that will be required for those who will be going to wrestle in Fargo. The camp information will be sent out very soon but to give you all a heads up it is going to be at Indiana Tech on July 10th, 11th, and 12th. Further information will be out soon. If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me by email or phone. Thank you, Camden Eppert Cell: 765-749-9144 Email: eppertc@wabash.edu
