I think it’s the showing up 30 minutes late, FF multiple weights when guys were weighed in, AND leaving early. One or two of those okay, but ALL three at team state is hard to ignore.

Out of curiosity were teams allowed to enter more than one girl at each weight or is it similar to the boys state tournament being able to only enter one wrestler per weight? Or was it dependent on how many were in each weight?

I believe that this is better than what it was before they had it on track….then I don’t even think they did that.

When I spoke to the head table about the extra mat matches they told me something about teams showing up that they had not planned on which resulted in more mats being used. Seemed so silly to have so many open mats and not be able to get matches in after duals ended.
