With this be a COVID year that more than likely affected the number of forfeits, this year should be considered an anomaly with no changes in classes. 

Could be a tell tell sign, decision has already been made to not sell suites....even though they allow for Pacer games with a maximum limit of six guest.

The Oak Hill ranking makes no sense

I agree, but it seems Delta's is the same or very similar to what they wrestled in those losses to OH and MV. Just was interesting to me that's all.

Your right it would hurt the other wrestlers and Carmel wins again. Seems like no matter what they do it benefits Carmel. Its ridiculous wrestling is about actual wrestling and continuing it to life. No better life lesson then  not  letting them wrestle and teaching them you cant cheat your way through life.

I like it this way... you can bring up several pdf tabs with different sectionals on each one and bounce back and forth checking out the same weight class across to see potential regional/SS matchups... if that makes sense!

Dickey is certainly deserving, but I 'believe' he is now a Freshman.

Yorktown was the weirdest team in the state this past season. Actually, I agree with Jay folks that they could have gotten within a few of Yorktown--because EVERYONE who was decent came within a few of Yorktown with their automatic giving up of 18 to 24 points between forfeits and younger wrestlers. But with their murderer's row of high-end guys at the weights they did fill well, they could beat anyone except the top 12 or 15 in the state on the right day.

Biggest shocker from Ft. Wayne today was Jay County's heavy Gavin Hare's back flip....WOW!!!

In Ohio teams must have 7 wrestlers to be considered for their dual state championship series.
Counting teams that have no chance of being in the event is flat out dumb. Having 6 returning state champions and no other wrestlers will get a team 150 points and be out of range for 3A and 2A voting considerations and they MIGHT be in voting consideration in 1A. That should tell you enough if you should include them.
With 30+ teams not fielding at least 7 wrestlers it would make the classes more competitive, which should be a goal of the event.

I don't know if I haven't paid enough attention or if it's not been posted here, but this seems like a pretty good compromise.
It's silly regardless to include teams that can't win a dual.  It's unfortunate that the committee doesn't make their reasoning public on these topics, and instead rely on you to be the middle man.
