Hello All, The Indiana Womens camp is scheduled for July 9-12. It will be held at Lawrence North High School in Indianapolis. You may register on site!!! Indiana State Wrestling Association 2014 Women’s Wrestling Camp Lawrence North High School 7802 Hague Rd Indianapolis, IN 46256 Camp Dates: JULY 9-12, 2014 CAMP IS OPEN TO OUT OF STATE WOMEN (All Must have a USAW Card) Clinicians: Indiana National Team Coaches, Collegiate Women's Wrestler and National All-American 8 Practices + Conditioning + Camp Shirt This camp is structured to be chaperoned by women the entire time. Camp will have small training groups for individualized instruction. There will be several coaches on-hand at all times to help, however all male coaches will be required to leave after the last session each night. Camp will be held at the Lawrence North High School with Accommodations located at on-site. Each day will consist of training sessions, conditioning, instruction, meals, free time and recreational games. Final practice will be structured as a friendship meet. Parents are encouraged to attend at any time. Campers will be supervised and not allowed to leave camp premises. Commuters by request, at same rate. Ages 8-18. Schedule: Sunday, July 9th - Arrive 5-6pm, Fundamentals and get to know you Monday-Tuesday - 3 Practices/day, Conditioning, Recreation Wednesday, July 10th - 1 Practice, Friendship Dual Meet, Group Photo Departure from Camp by 5pm. Hey everybody, I know that there is a women's thread but this pertains to both women's wrestling and college wrestling so I'm posting on both. East Tennessee State University just started a new women's folkstyle program. We are currently at Club team status but hope to be sanctioned in the next year or so. We are a 4 year college with great accreditation. Our website is etnwa.org. We have not been able to get the Women's information up yet but the men's info and history is up.
