    Tacos were delicious! really enjoyed the four mats through semis Would of been nice for a spotlight crossover. My only two downfalls were that the bathrooms were disgusting and the audio system was atrocious Really loved the room. Very spacious, enough room for everyone to spread out. Awesome idea having short buses for shuttles for the elderly to and from their cars. All in all. I'd pick EC over old venue. Moving forward into the future I'm sure they fix all the kinks

    Broadcast is great, the mic Logan Regional with 3 going to State at 106 -- nice wins Hickman and awesome headlock by winamac Reagan from Frontier came out of no where! Congrats fellas

    Is Shawn Strek still playing football at Purdue? Watching wrestling on the patio for homecoming and I'm pretty sure seen him out there rolling around. It's possible he could be doing both, just asking!

    Gable is impressive. World title under his belt. Coulda woulda shoulda Imagine a wrestling room with a Bobby at 195 -- Gable at 220 and Streck at HWT MERRIVILLE very well coulda had 4 state champions last year and 3 this year

    I know I'm bringing extra money for smoothies all day! But I'm reluctant to leave.. I'll be walking down the steps and getting right back in line. This is the most I've looked forward to Saturday in a long time! Breadsticks might have to wait until after the finals!

    I know we have this topic every year, what's the best places to eat on saturday? I personally will probably hit up Kilroys for some breadsticks! Scottys has some killer macho nachos but they're always packed.. The real struggle I'm having is that I don't think I'll be leaving this year. I want to ensure that I have a good seat for 132lb finals! Idk what I'm going to do and I know I'm not the only one!

    No complaints, but yes. A crossover under the lights would of been nice. Lol but it's not the end of the world I know it was their first year. I did say that things seemed to run very smooth and like Mckajc said, wrestling was done by 6:30!? That's unheard of... Great job to EC -- maybe in years to come minor tweaks here and there can really make the venue better than it already is. Excited for our region guys to represent next weekend!

    What's everyone's thoughts on the change from Merrillville to East Chicago? How did you like the venue? No crossover under the lights? Wrestling didn't last late into the night this year. Things time wise seemed to run smoother. I was able to watch on region wrestling and they provided great videos all day long. Thanks for the great quality! The purple hulk was a beast today!

    I always wondered why we had to do cartwheels during warm-ups, I thought they were always crazy making us do these things. I now know why, what an awesome move! Wasn't the flying squirrel but still pretty bad ass
